Stephanie Jo Bours Flores was born in Southern California and began elementary school near Atlanta, Georgia where she lived for most of her childhood with her two sisters, Mother and Father. She then finished her K-12 education with middle and high school back in Southern California in Carlsbad, California.

Her higher education included receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Loyola Marymount University.

Her highest education was divinely called and includes a series of initiations into shamanic, earth-based and energy medicine practices she now carries and services.

The healing arts initially called to her in her 20s from having an interest in practicing yoga. From there, she wanted to dive into the philosophy and cultural history of the practice and completed two trainings and intensives into her early 30s.

After she married, she completed two initiations of Inca tradition and worldview as a Nusta and Medicine Woman and second as a Chumpi Guardiana, specifically of the Q'ero lineage traditions. This wisdom and the medicinal practices that are derived was passed down through this lineage over the last few hundred years, and with that, comes deep respect, high honor and humility to carry and walk forward in connection.

Her previous work experience in digital marketing and content creation at marketing and cancer research organizations serves the professional lens she offers through 'Digital Creation' workshops for the digital space and environment we are creating together.
