Pluma Libre.

This name in Spanish translates to ‘free feather’ in English, and spoke to me one day while hiking in the city of Los Angeles. As I descend from one of the mountains, I saw a small feather floating in the air and when I caught in hand, I saw a pluma libre within me, one who continued on her journey while setting sights for a future allowing the wind to carry her.

This Winter 2025 season, I will present a tiered Patreon page according to the
4 elements: Water, Fire, Air and Earth.

Each tier intends to add onto the prior one to support the mind, body and soul.

I warmly invite other plumas libres to this Patreon community dedicated towards reinvigorating a connection to the body + mind + spirit through focused breathing, movement in the body to strengthen and lengthen our muscles and joints and connecting to the cycles of the cosmos. I am calling in those who seek ways to stay connected to the heart space in daily life. I am calling in those inspired to live a conscious and present life with weekly ideas and motivation for mind-body wellness.

Audios to inspire routine and to share a mind-body connection exercise every Monday and Friday, including relaxing breathing techniques and/or setting intentions for forward progress and personal growth each week

Videos to share a form or sequence to follow and become inspired by for muscle strengthening, soothing and/or lengthening (we can also meet live)
Astrology insights under the branch of Vedic astrology for personal growth, time management and intentional living
1:1 monthly sessions for deeper support in all of the above or other areas of life
